Leslie Gabriel Tacuba's love of Latin American literature and her passion for helping others led her to become a Spanish major and work as a volunteer translator and interpreter at the Speech and Language Clinic at California State University, Long Beach. As Leslie explains, "the beauty of the Spanish language is that there are infinite ways in which you can help people".
